1. Marketplace chat will be of two types:
- Buyer (Buying)
- Seller (Selling)
2. The user can see whether it’s a buying message or selling message as it will be mentioned next to it. This will be differentiated on the following basis.
- If a user has sent a query or asked for info about a product then it will be mentioned as selling. Also, if the user has mentioned words like inquire, query, information or info, sell, price, specification.
- If the user has offered something or has used words like would you like this, buy, offer, discount then it will be shown as buying.
